Terms & Conditions

  • The closing date for nominations is 31 May 2023
  • Nominees must live or work in the United Kingdom.
  • We welcome nominations from women who may not meet the criteria set out, as their inspirational activities may result in them being included in the shortlist
  • Qualifying entries will be entered into the IBWIS List to be shared at the ceremony in June 2023.
  • The organisers reserve the right to check the information contained in the nomination.
  • All women on the final list, will be expected to attend the ceremony on 22 June 2023, in London.
  • The organisers reserve the right to retain entries, photographs & film from the ceremony for subsequent publication or exhibition in relation to Inspirational Business Women in STEM campaign.
